I absolutely adored the charming English cottage style decoration throughout the hotel. The floral prints, traditional wooden frames, and delicate wood furniture created a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. It reminded me of my grandmother's house, bringing back cherished memories. The general areas were maintained beautifully, and there were plenty of comfortable seating options for us seniors to relax and enjoy the stunning surroundings. the hotel was accessible for senior people like me, making it easy to navigate and find everything we needed.
I would have preferred if the children working there were a bit more attentive to the needs of us seniors. Just a small gesture, like offering assistance or being more considerate of our comfort, would have made the vacation even better.

Our stay at Malpais Trece was absolutely delightful. We spent a few days here and truly enjoyed every moment. The location is fantastic, surrounded by beautiful scenery and banana plantations. The gardens and buildings are incredibly well-maintained, providing a stunning backdrop of mountains, sea, and nearby towns. Our room, though small, was cozy and welcoming, with comfortable beds and nice furnishings. The outdoor furniture throughout the property was abundant and comfortable, allowing us to fully take in the beautiful surroundings. The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of delicious options, and the staff we interacted with were friendly and knowledgeable. a wonderful experience.
